We operate a full Technical department with in-house and field support technical team which provide nationwide 24 hour 365 day emergency technical support. We also provide a number of other services including equipment repair, planned preventative maintenance and equipment servicing, equipment rentals, Installation of Decontamination equipment and Multi-sensory rooms, Specialist seating assessments and Powerchair programming.

We have our offices and independent living showroom in Comber, Co Down, Northern Ireland where you can view, compare and purchase Special needs products, mobility, rehab and daily living aids. Our range is also available to view, compare and purchase via this website. Our website has customer specific areas for our General Retail customers, Health Services, Trade and Charity Customers so that all our clients have access to information on the products and prices which are relevant to them.

For those customers who would prefer to see and try the products out "in the flesh" before they buy a visit to our independent living centre showroom is ideal. Our showroom is fully accessible and has a car park with plenty of disabled spaces right outside the door. We stock a wide range of mobility products like Wheelchairs, Rollators, Powered wheelchairs, Scooters, High back chairs, Riser Recliners, Bathroom aids, Adjustable beds, Cosyfeet specialist shoes and slippers as well as a huge range of orthopedic supports and daily living aids. We even have a full Multi-sensory area so our customers can view and try our wide range of sensory equipment – this proves particularly popular with our younger clients! Our product specialists will be happy to assist you and be on hand to demonstrate equipment and advice.

For specialist products like Made to Measure Risers Recliners and Powered wheelchairs we encourage you to book an appointment so that the appropriate product specialist can schedule plenty of time to dedicate to a personal full assessment and consultation. If it is more appropriate for your needs our product specialists will be delighted to visit you at your home instead and cover all of Ireland.

Fred Storey Ltd and Murrays Medical

Fred Storey Ltd celebrates 101 years in business in 2012. The company was acquired in 2009 by Murray's Medical Equipment who are based in Tallaght, Co Dublin and operated by David Murray (Chief Executive) and Robert Murray (Director) supported by a team of approximately 50 staff. Murray's Medical is now into their 4th decade and are also supplier of medical equipment to the private and public sector, and pharmacy community nationwide.

The acquisition of Fred Storey Ltd gave both companies new strengths and has proved to complement each other wonderfully. Murray's Medical traditionally specialised in Occupational therapy equipment and Pharmacy and Fred Storey Ltd traditionally specialised in Physiotherapy equipment and Service of medical equipment so the synergy was obvious and has brought new markets and specialities to the group.
