Paul Walls - Fred Storey

Paul manages our team of Service Engineers and coordinates our service contracts. He spends much of his time with his Estates department contacts and Technical staff in the Health services. Paul cordinates all technical support schedules, contract renewals and performs quality audits and spot checks to ensure the highest standards are maintained. 

Paul also specialises in promotion of our decontamination product ranges which include Meiko Bed Pan Washer disinfectors and Eschmann & Excel Enigma Steriliser Autoclaves. Paul routinely offers training and demonstration of correct operating procedures as well as first technical response to the Health Service'shown technical staff.

Fred Storey Ltd holds major contracts for repair, servicing , maintenance and installation of equipment all over Ireland and operate a 24/7 on-call technical department to support our customers and of course this requires Paul's close monitoring and a dedication to customer care.
