The Out N About Nipper may be an option for families with 1 or two children with special needs as it is suitable from birth and takes 22kg per seat (44kg), this is a lightweight side-by-side and would be suitable up to approx 6 years old, depending on the disability and height/weight of your children but as it does not have an adjustable footplate and leg length may be an issue with taller children (this may a restriction from around 5 years old).
The Nipper 2 really is nippy thanks to the 360 degree swivel front wheel and 3 wheel chassis. Ideal for twins or a baby and toddler, each seat individually reclines so one child can lie back and sleep, while the other sits up and watches the world go by. Both seats have secure 5-point harnesses, while one large hood and a single raincover will protect both seats at the same time.
Parent's will appreciate the lightweight aluminium frame, storage pouch, dual brake, 12" pneumatic tyres and that it will easily fit through a standard doorway.
